Real Estate EDU is an educational platform and trade name operated by Michigan Real Estate Guides powered by Real Broker and is not a separate legal entity.

By registering for a webinar, enrolling in a course, purchasing a program, submitting your information, or accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1.EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

All webinars, courses, training materials, and educational programs are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing presented constitutes legal, financial, tax, brokerage, or investment advice. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and consulting appropriate licensed professionals.

 Participation in any webinar or program does not create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, legal, financial, or advisory relationship unless separately agreed to in writing.

2.ELIGIBILITY

3.PAYMENT TERMS (PAID PROGRAMS)

For paid webinars, courses, or programs:

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party processors.
  • We do not store full credit card information.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

If a refund policy is offered for a specific program, it will be disclosed at the time of purchase and governs that specific program only.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

All materials provided, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials
  • PDFs
  • Presentations
  • Workbooks
  • Videos
  • Templates
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Website content

are the intellectual property of Michigan Real Estate Guides powered by Real Broker.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Share login credentials
  • Resell
  • Modify
  • Publicly display
  • Create derivative works

without express written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5.WEBINAR RECORDINGS

Webinars may be recorded.

By participating in a webinar, you consent to the recording of audio, video, and chat participation.

We may use recordings for internal training, replay access, or promotional purposes unless otherwise prohibited by law.

6. THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS (LENDER & TITLE COMPANY)

Certain webinars may feature third-party lenders or title companies.

These partners operate independently.

We are not responsible for:

Any engagement with third-party partners is at your discretion.

12.REAL BROKER AFFILIATION

Michigan Real Estate Guides operates as an independent real estate team affiliated with Real Broker LLC.

Real Broker LLC is not responsible for educational programs, marketing communications, webinars, or course content unless expressly stated in writing.

13.GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.

14.CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
