Real Estate EDU is an educational platform and trade name operated by Michigan Real Estate Guides powered by Real Broker and is not a separate legal entity.

This Privacy Policy governs all websites, landing pages, registration forms, and digital properties owned or operated by the Company, including but not limited to:

By accessing our websites, registering for a webinar, enrolling in a course, purchasing a program, or submitting your information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.

If you register for or attend a webinar that features a partnered lender and/or title company, you acknowledge and agree that your registration information may be shared with those independent businesses for follow-up related to financing, mortgage options, title services, or related offerings.

These partners operate independently of Michigan Real Estate Guides and Real Broker. We are not responsible for their communications, privacy practices, or actions.

B. Service Providers

We share information with vendors that assist us in delivering our Services, including:

  • SMS delivery
  • Payment processing
  • Marketing and analytics support

11. REAL BROKER AFFILIATION

Michigan Real Estate Guides operates as an independent real estate team affiliated with Real Broker LLC. Real Broker LLC is not responsible for webinar operations, educational programs, marketing communications, or course offerings conducted by Michigan Real Estate Guides unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

13. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the information below. We may retain certain information as required by law.
